Once I finally woke up from my nap, we got ready for the wedding and headed to Longview. Donnie's cousin Phil is a great guy and it was great to see him and the rest of the family.
Here's a pic of Rhett and his 2nd cousin (maybe?) Jett meeting each other. Jett was enthralled with Rhett and loved touching his ears and his feet and such. Obviously, Rhett felt the same way :)
The wedding was BEAUTIFUL and held in the nicest little chapel. Rhett behaved himself pretty well, although he started "singing" when the music started. Donnie took him to the back, but then Rhett felt the need to make really loud farting sounds, so they went outside :)
The reception was held at this amazing place out on some really nice land.

The little man started to wear out from the day pretty soon after this, so Donnie, Rhett, Grandpa, and I headed back to the house while Gran stayed and partied with the family.
The next morning, we lounged around with Donnie's parents and then went to see Donnie's grandparents. Here's little man, ready to go see Pop and Mamaw
It was SO nice to see Donnie's grandparents, and Rhett loved playing with Donnie's old toys. Unfortunately, Rhett was ready for his long nap, so we weren't able to stay for very long before he started getting tired.
We headed home and Rhett slept for a little bit, but when he woke up, he wanted to get out of his carseat and play. So, Mommy distracted him by getting him riled up and laughing.

I love that little stinker! We had a great time and it was so good to see Donnie's family. It had been too long!
